These prices include the use of the property as a holiday rental, welcome pack, utilities (water, gas and electricity), provision of linen and towels (but not beach towels) and weekly clean and change of towels and bed linen and/or end of stay cleaning and laundry.
Rentals normally run Saturday to Saturday. By arrangement it may sometimes be possible to start and end your rental on a day other than Saturday, provided you stay at least 7 nights.
Please note that these prices and which services are included or not included are our current prices and apply to bookings taken while they are displayed. They may differ from those that you may have previously seen on this or other web sites, or seen in advertisements in villa magazines or other publications, or may have been offered or accepted at the time you enquired or made your booking.
For rentals of over 21 days, depending on the season, a discount on these rates may be possible - please enquire.
