TERMS OF BUSINESS FOR BOOKINGS

Confirmation of booking needs immediately 20% deposit - of the full amount.

Full payment due 60 days before arrival date.

Cancellation

No cancellation fee after full payment unless the weeks can be re-booked by agent.
Then 50% cost refunded once payment received.

Deposit

50% refund once the weeks have been re-booked.

Booking for extras - must be paid with final payment.

Times of arrival are 4pm - and on exit day of departure 10am

On arrival at our office a deposit of 150 euros per week for key / damage deposit must be paid.

Please ensure your customers are aware of this.

The deposit is refunded on exit - subject to inspection of property- no damages, key loss.

All bookings must give full names of persons in party.
Any changes need to be notified asap.
Only the amount of persons on booking sheet will be allowed into the villa.
Any extra persons will be refused entry.

Any other items can be supplied by request.
We put 2 toilet rolls in toilets and provide bin bags for rubbish.

Cot hire 30 euros PER WEEK

Deposit 20 euros per week to be refunded at end of hire period

High chair

As above. (cot hire)

Dog

100 deposit - 50 euros per week to be refunded on exit.
